WHAT DO YOU USE FOR ART?
i use a huion kamvas 16 pro and i usually draw in paint tool sai 2 and clip studio paint!WHY DID YOUR COMMISSION PRICES CHANGE?
i sustained a shoulder injury in late 2020 and a wrist injury around mid-2021 from overworking and had to take a break from art for a month and a half. to avoid having to take too many commissions and risking another injury, i've decided to raise my prices instead. i'm sorry orzWHAT TYPE OF ART DO YOU USUALLY MAKE?

i've been drawing for probably about 10+ years now, since i was 7 years old! i really liked doodling characters i watched on tv and soon characters i made myself! since then, i never really fell out of it.HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING DIGITAL ART?
i started mid-january of 2019, after i've saved up and bought my first ever pen tablet (a huion h640p)! before that though, i used to scan my traditional lineart and color them in photoshop. i probably did that for 2 years (2017-2018).< other stuff!! >
i'm currently an artist doing commissions and i'm also one of the regular channel artists for several twitch streamers at the moment working on emotes, icons, etc. for them! i'm not in school for now due to financial problems with my family, but i'm hoping to get back into it and continue soon. atm, im using art as a way to help my family pay the bills and afford my maintenance meds!

IMPORTANT CLIENT REMINDERS
∙ Please do NOT claim, edit, trace, modify, or alter the piece in any shape or form outside of basic saturation changes, resizing, or making it transparent.
∙ Do NOT use personal use commissions for commercial purposes without permission from me. Art that will be used for commercial purposes will be priced differently so it is important you specify if it'll be used for that reason.
∙ Please no sudden rushing of progress unless you've specified beforehand that it is needed before a deadline.
∙ Clients who wish to ask for a NSFW commission need to confirm their age before discussing any further details with any supporting info or documents/IDs. I strictly do not accept R18+ requests from minors.
∙ In regard to twitch/social media artwork, it's preferred I be properly credited in the description/panels/bio. Artwork commissioned will not come with watermarks so it is highly encouraged I'm at least credited in descriptions.
∙ Reproduction/redistribution of any sort for the purposes of making NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or any cryptocurrency-related practice is strictly prohibited. Use of my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence) network training is strictly prohibited. If you see someone repost/reproduce/use my art for such reasons, please report it to me immediately so I may take legal action.

I reserve the right to...
∙ ...refuse a commission request for personal reasons such as time constraints, personal problems, inability to, etc. or if the client is being unreasonable. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will be dropped from my queue regardless of whether or not the piece is in progress.
∙ ...use commissioned pieces/emotes for promotional purposes (such as this commissions website, portfolios, etc.) unless the client explicitly requests not to beforehand.
∙ ...refuse difficult revisions. If revision is necessary and payment hasn't been made yet, client has the right to cancel the commission with no cancellation fee. Any point past the lineart phase will need a cancellation fee of at least 30-50% of the price. (see cancellations section below)PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
∙ Please don't pay until I tell you to! Payments will be made once I finish the sketch or piece as a whole, and when we've reached an agreement.
∙ Any cancelled commissions after the line art is already finished may warrant a cancellation fee of upwards to 30% of the price of the commission (upwards to 20% for smaller commissions (e.g. emotes, chibis, etc.). The cancellation fee depends on how far into the process I already am at the time of cancellation and the time spent on the piece so far.
∙ Do NOT send payments on links such as my twitch donation panel or on my ko-fi! Send them to the paypal provided in the email I will send you!
∙ If you'd like to tip, please tell me beforehand so I can inform the account holder and I can receive it!
∙ No refunds will be given once the full piece is received as I have no means of sending it.REVISIONS AND UPDATES
∙ Update photos will be provided for approval after each step in the process (sketch, line art, coloring, details) for approval. Please be cooperative and point out any revisions you'd like to make! Any amount of revisions are free before payment is received. After the full piece is received, major revisions will require payment (depending on how major).
∙ Please try not ask for major revisions (such as changing the post, changing more than half of the body, etc.) after the line art is already done!
∙ Update pics will have a watermark. The watermark will be removed once payment is done.

ADDITIONAL FEES
∙ In some cases, prices might be higher (5-20 usd additional) depending on the complexity of the character or (for complex background commissions) the background. We can discuss the final pricing before the commission, if needed.PROCESS/WORK HOURS
∙ Please no rushing! Illustrations normally take me 1-2 weeks (up to a month at most), if there are people before you in the queue or if certain things come up irl. I'm currently trying to manage health conditions I currently have and I want to prioritize my well-being too. Rest assured, if there'll be any delays I'll update my social medias about it. I gravely appreciate the patience!
∙ Please do not send messages that aren't related to the commission. Keep it professional and keep dms with clients clean.
∙ For really big commissions such as multiple illustrations or Live2D models, it will normally take a month or more depending on the pre-existing queue or complexity of the piece. Rushing for these types of projects is prohibited.
∙ If you need/want the art by a certain time, please inform me so I can put you up as priority if I can!RECEIVING
∙ The art piece/s will be sent through E-MAIL ONLY to preserve image quality. Along with it are .psd/.sai/.clip files (upon request) and an invoice with the client's (user)name.
∙ It is IMPORTANT that the files will only be used for personal use like changing swatches, resizing, transparency, removing backgrounds, etc. and not be reuploaded or claimed. Proper action will be taken against people caught breaking this term.COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSIONS
∙ Commercial commissions are a different price than personal use commissions. Failure to disclose you're planning to use the commission for monetary gain goes against my terms and I might have to take legal action.
∙ Right to use the illustration commercially (e.g. merchandise, advertisement, book covers, etc.) will be given.
∙ Royalties may or may not be applied depending on the usage.
∙ Illustrations that will be used for commercial purposes won't come with a watermark.

FAQ

🟥 This is my first time commissioning and I'm not sure about the process, how does it work?
You can go here to see a flowchart of how the process usually works! But, for a quick run down, you find what you're interested in here, contact me through any of my socials on the top or here, once we agree on details you'll be added to the waitlist and once it's your turn, I'm going to contact you and start working! I'll be sending you updates about the piece throughout the entire process to ask for your approval on how it's looking so far and asking you for additional details or any corrections you'd want, if any. Once all done, we settle payment and I email you the drawing!🟦 I'm not good at expressing what I want for my commission, how can I show you what I want to be drawn?
You can send me a rough drawing of what you want! Skill level doesn't matter, even if it's made in paint with stick figures as long as I can get a clear idea of what you picture for poses, setting, props scaling, etc.! You can also send me reference images (e.g. stock images, other illustrations* you'd want me to reference, etc.)!*for other illustrations, I don't do 1:1/exact copies of a pose or element of an illustration unless it's stated by the original artist that they're fine with parodies or if the image/base is under free use!🟨 I don't have a character design, I only have a description/an image in my head. What do I do?
Feel free to send me a written descrition of what the character looks like or send me reference images of what clothing they wear, their hair style, eye color, etc. instead! For colors, please avoid being vague and be as detailed - sending hex codes or swatches are the most helpful! I can send you websites that may help, if you wish! If it's of you, you may send me an image/selfie if you're comfortable or go with the option/s stated above!🟥 I'm unsure what category my commission fits into, what do I do?

Due to a recent wrist injury and general life stuff, there might be some delays but at the bottom of the page is my general work schedule! Some dates may be moved for rushed commissions, holidays, etc.! For current clients, I'll inform you of any holiday breaks/sudden off days.🟨 What if I wanna cancel my commission?
Cancellation is okay, but please avoid cancelling after the piece is already half-way done/the line art is finished. Cancellations after this period will result in a small cancellation fee; see here for more info. *Cancellations fees are applied on a case-by-case basis (e.g. sudden financial crises/emergencies are exempt, etc.)🟥 What if I wanna change my commission?
Message me about any changes you'd like to make. Like with cancellations, please avoid any major changes (pose changes, big character design changes, etc.) after the piece is already half-way done! If you really want the changes to be made, please acknowledge the possiblity of further delays.🟦 What if I want a refund?
Per my terms, no refunds will be given once the full piece is received as I have no means of sending it. To avoid this, avoid paying me before the drawing is done and/or opt for cancellation instead.🟨 Do you accept art trades?
Depends! I might be too busy sometimes so if you're interested, please ask! ^^ Please make sure the art you're going to provide is proportional to the art you wish to have in return OTL!!🟥 Do you accept requests?
I don't accept requests at the time being, but I may open doodle requests for viewers on stream from time to time so, stay tuned when you can!🟦 Do you do character design commissions?

I do animated emotes frame-by-frame! When starting a commission, I'll over multiple storyboards for the client on how the action can be conveyed before drawing and coloring each frame one by one!
